Continuing Caribbean New Media's association with region's premier oil company - Sol Petroleum - a redesign of the existing website was commissioned for 2015.
Given the flexibility of the content management system employed this entailed programming a new template (or 'skin' if you will) for the site. While on the surface it may seem a small job given the public-facing areas of the site, there are signicant behind-the-scenes and admin areas that all required further re-templating.
Furthermore, the regional aspect of the site means that all languages and regions required further re-templating.
A mirror test installation was created on one of our test servers to allow for a trial and focus group to approve all the changes before being launched to the live site.
