Sporting Barbados redesign

Caribbean New Media undertook the redesign of the Sporting Barbados website for Hiltop Publishing. The design, supplied by local design company 809 Design, was implemented into a new Drupal 8 installation of the website. The features included :-

• conversion of all modules from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8
• transfer of existing content to the new site
• correct (and seamless) redirection of the old content to the new content
• automated technical search engine optimisation (SEO)
• interactive calendar listings
• full content management of all aspects of the website
• media library for control of images, galleries and assets
• historical listings of past magazines using Issuu and PDF files

The simplicity and ease of the new content management system ensured that the client can fully manage their own website autonomously.
